Cancellation Policy

This Booking Policy governs the scheduling, confirmation, modification, and cancellation of consulting, coaching, and advisory sessions with Selfless Empathetic Warriors Consulting Firm. By booking a session or engagement, clients agree to comply with the terms outlined herein. Bookings are subject to availability and are considered confirmed only upon receipt of required information and, where applicable, payment or written confirmation. Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of booking details and for attending scheduled sessions as agreed. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, and missed appointments may be subject to notice requirements and applicable fees, as further described in our cancellation and refund policies. Because consulting and advisory services involve reserved time, preparation, and professional capacity, late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for refunds. This policy is intended to establish clear expectations, support effective use of time, and maintain fairness and accountability for both the client and the firm. Booking terms may vary by service type and are further governed by applicable service agreements or written engagement terms.
